Where does creativity hide?

To measure and understand creativity requires a careful amount of time to reflect. Can we measure it? Is there some sort of level system like a video game? The more we practice the better we become to grasp the nature of it?
On a personal level, creativity is similar to an unknown force. We all have it yet there is no absolute answer of what exactly it is.
For me creativity began at an early stage. Without knowing what it was, I was soaked in creativity by my brother who is five years older than I. When I was small my brother had one dream, to work as a film director. Today he has almost achieved that goal; he currently works as a movie producer in Sweden for a well-known production company. As I observed and wanted to accomplish a similar way of success as my brother I started to imitate him. I started to listen to the same music, watch tons of movies and copied his way of acting out various tasks.
However, what my brother had that I lacked was the way of socializing. I had a hard time to meet new people and only stuck to a couple of friends when I was young.
Thankfully that changed, as I got older. When I started to get an interest in photography, which occurred as a mere coincident, I could finally adapt my brother’s way of thinking, and that was to be myself.
It was at that point, when I started photography that creativity bloomed and tangled me. With my early stages, being influenced by my brother I had an easy way of expressing my skills and thoughts into photography. I learnt how to understand people, socialize, in order to achieve the best result of in my line of work. Today I have managed to work successfully as a photographer, but feel like there is something else I want to try. Hopefully I can apply what I learnt from my brother to what ever I am aiming towards today.
